Welcome to this second Sunday of Advent when we have both Mr and Mrs Bersweden in action in our Parish! Nils will be leading the Worship service with Baptism in Pitton and Judith will be presiding and preaching at the Parish Eucharist service in Farley. What a treat for us all!
The child being baptised is Evelyn Rabbitt who sisters, are both at Pitton School. They live in Ford with their Mum and Dad, Alex and Amy and we greatly look forward to welcoming them back to St Peter’s. All other PathFinder families are welcome to come and join us.
There will be lists in both churches for signing if you wish to go to Nils’s last service in Winterslow on Sunday 7th January. An idea of numbers will be very helpful for the Winterslow organisers.
Thank you to all who gave so generously last weekend to the Trussell Trust, please do bring any other festive contributions and place in the basket at St Peter’s.
Have a wonderful weekend.
With very best wishes for Advent from Sara and Jane
