Bean Pole Celebration at the Barn. Demonstrations of woodland crafts, including making thatching spars (David Parsons), and turning bowls and chair legs on 2 pole lathes. Buy coppice products from the wood – bean poles and pea sticks – for a modest fee. Tea/coffee and biscuits available. Drive in at Livery Gate or Eastern Clearing entrance and come to the Barn any time between 10 am and 3 pm.
