Survey : Pitton Village Hall

A small group of Village Hall Management Committee members has agreed to look at the future use, or uses, for the Village Hall, whilst ensuring continued support for those groups and organisations that currently hire the Hall. In particular, we are looking at how we can introduce more flexibility and/or increased availability for those wishing to make use of the first class facilities that are already available.

Initially, however, the first task is to try and establish whether there is an unknown demand for using the Hall. To this end, we are asking potential hirers of the Hall – village residents, pre and primary school parents etc. – to let us know what activities, groups and events they would like to see take place in the Hall but, to date, have been unable to enjoy because the facilities were not available at a convenient time. We would be very grateful to receive your thoughts, so please complete and return the attached questionnaire, by 31st March 2016, to:

Tim Hawkes, Lodge Farm House, Elm Close, Pitton, Salisbury, SP5 1EU.
