Temporary Closure of C321 Parsonage Hill and C321 (Part), Pitton and Farley (23/24 May 19)

Temporary Closure of: C321 Parsonage Hill and C321 (Part), Pitton and Farley (Ref: TTRO 5975)

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to
all traffic:

Phase One:

C321 Parsonage Hill, Pitton and Farley; from its junction with Church Road to its junction
with The Street;

Phase Two:

C321 (Part), Pitton and Farley; from its junction with The Street to its junction with High
Street.

To enable: Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road
markings and associated works.

Phase One
Alternative route: via Church Road – The Street and vice versa.

Phase Two
Alternative route: via C332 – C289 The Street / Livery Road / Long Drove – C331
Grimstead Road and vice versa.

The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

This Order which previously came into operation on 15 March 2019 will now recommence for
23 May 2019 until 24 May 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration
to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and
businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a
maximum duration of 18 months.
