Acoustic Farley 2020 TODAY!

Sunday 30 August 2020 at 15:00

The weather is looking fine!

Grass spray purchased to map the socially distanced plots!

The police have been notified!

Legislation scrutinised!

Risk assessments done!

Raffle created to avoid contact!

We are good to go people!!!

This is a free event to raise some much-needed funds for village charities, including the Playing field where we still need to pay for the grass to be cut, the church who hasn’t had it’s usual Farley Music fundraiser and the Village Hall which has had its doors locked for months. As a charity event, we have the legislative go ahead and the blessing of Wiltshire Police!

We would be grateful if you could make a cash donation in a bucket on the gate to avoid contact. You can collect a flyer with a raffle ticket attached and choose your socially distanced spot!

A cake stall is being provided by the Playing Park Committee and social distancing will be adhered to if you would like to purchase cake.

If you have kindly baked a cake please leave it on the table provided – thank you so much for helping.

Social Distancing must be followed at all times.

There will be an area for families and clear markings for children not to cross.

The artists will be a minimum of 5 meters from the audience and singing is not permitted.

Hand sanitiser will be available.

Parking will be available in the field.

Please ALL use the main gate and not the small side gate.

Legislation, risk assessments and the rules will be clearly available for all to see!

Looking forward to seeing everyone and having a very special, one time offer of a charitable community event – just please, Social Distance at all times.

Thank you
