Clarendon Palace Excavations Open Day

Sunday 16 June 2019 at 10:30

For the past two weeks, there has been a small scale excavation taking place at Clarendon Palace
Today we are bringing some of the finds to Pitton Village hall. Join us to help cleaning some of these artefacts, or make a medieval tile. Find out how archaeologists go about their work when the TV cameras aren’t there! This is also a rare opportunity to see some of the artefacts that are kept by Salisbury Museum, but are not usually on display, as well as listen to some of the short talks about the palace site.
Time: 10.30 – 4.30pm
Cost: FREE

The Friends of Clarendon Palace will not pass personal details of their members to any third party.
