Introduction To Yoga Class
The next INTRODUCTION TO YOGA class is coming up next Monday – 01 March at 7pm (online using Zoom, from my studio in Pitton). Especially for anyone curious about yoga.
So often people are timid about coming to a yoga class because there is a misconception it’s all about touching your toes or folding yourself up like a pretzel. Some may feel out of their comfort zone just turning up at a yoga class – I understand this. Perfect for absolute beginners (or anyone wanting a technique refresher) it will start to build your confidence and teach you a few basic yoga moves, practice flowing from one pose to the next, and start working on your alignment. There is no charge for this class if it’s your first one. I run this Intro class once a month, in addition to our normal timetable of four classes every week.
