Men of Pitton visit to the National Maritime Museum & Cutty Sark

Date/Time
Wednesday 14 November 2012 at 08:45

Our next visit will be to the National Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark at Greenwich on the 14th November 2012.

The general programme will be to catch the 08.47 train from Salisbury to Waterloo, Jubilee line to Canary Wharf and DLR to Cutty Sark.

The normal fare is about £40 but a group of 4 travelling together can go for half price – but they must travel together at all times.

There are alternative routes to Greenwich including a river trip but this would take time out of our day at the Museums.

Entrance to the Museums is free but entry to the Cutty Sark is £9.50 for oldies.

For the Cutty Sark they advise getting tickets in advance as they are for timed entry – so it might pay to obtain these on arrival for an afternoon visit
