Men of Pitton visit to the Wallace Collection

The Men of Pitton are organising a visit to the Wallace Collection in London today.

The Wallace Collection is a national museum in an historic London town house. In 25 galleries are unsurpassed displays of French 18th-century painting, furniture and porcelain with superb Old Master paintings and a world class armoury.
Entrance is free, but you are encouraged to make a donation or buy the catalogue.

The collection is in Manchester Sq a short walk from Bond St station.
Depart John Veck’s at 0800
0847 train, buy an underground ticket
There is a coffee bar and restaurant at the collection, but a local pub might be preferable.
Return on the 1520 or 1550
It would be helpful if wives/partners could take us to the station.
