Pitton & Farley Neighbourhood Plan Meeting

Date/Time
Thursday 05 March 2020 at 19:00

Last Spring, Wiltshire Council managed a Housing Needs Survey in the Parish.  The results of this can be viewed by going here and then clicking on the word ‘here’ at the bottom of the page.

Now, the Parish Council are considering the production of a Neighbourhood Plan.  This plan can establish general planning policies for the development and use of land in the Parish.  It includes local priorities, planning policies and proposals for improving the Parish by providing new facilities and allocation of key sites for development.

The Parish Council will be holding a meeting open to all residents on Wednesday 5th March at 7 pm in Pitton Village Hall.  We will describe the various steps in creating a Neighbourhood Plan, including its objectives, management and production.  If there is sufficient support for the project, we will need the help of volunteers to contribute at every stage.

If you are interested in hosing development in the Parish, then this is your chance to make your voice heard and/or be active in generating a plan which would then form part of Wiltshire Council’s Planning Considerations.

Let your voice be heard!
