‘Winter Woodland Wander’ through Bentley Wood

“Winter Woodland Wander” with Forestry Manager David Lambert. Meet at Eastern Clearing car park at 10 am. We’ll learn to identify winter trees as we walk to the Barn for light refreshments and return to the car park by 12.30 pm. Well-behaved dogs on leads also welcome. Please wear suitable footwear for rough/muddy terrain. The Friends of Bentley Wood is a charitable organisation of supporters of Bentley Wood. Its members meet for social events, educational and fun walks and other events in the wood itself. Everyone living in the local villages around the wood (particularly Farley and Pitton, Firsdown, Winterslow, West and East Tytherley, West Dean and West and East Grimstead) is welcome (and encouraged) to join.
