Dear Friends,
Here I am once again at the helm of the weekly emails! I am writing on behalf of the Pitton PCC members, Sarah, Debbie, Linda and Phillip. We welcome your comments and ideas as we all work together towards a new normal world.
Now the Pandemic restrictions are easing, the church is looking outwards and hoping to re-engage with you all via our weekly emails. Please reply STOP if you do not wish to receive these cheery offerings!
We have much to give thanks for, our Pitton Newcomers, the Welcome Coffee Morning, the Memorial Bench in the churchyard, a wedding and two Baptisms all within the last two months.
Thank you too to all those who gave donations at the Harvest Festival. The village community gave 29Kgs of dry and packaged goods for the Trussell Trust. The collection raised ***£ for TearFund. The ginormous pumpkin will be made into pumpkin soup which will be shared at the “Souper Service” on 31st October.
This Sunday we have….for our Eucharist Service. Please note that next week there will be NO Tea and Chatter on the 14th.
